Meals – Thursday Lunch & Dinner Tickets Must Be Purchased in Advance:
- Wednesday afternoon: Free Beer and Appetizers in the Expo Hall
- Thursday Expo Lunch: $35 [Sandwich Board with Assorted Sandwiches, Redskin Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Chips, Cookies & Brownies, Soda]
- Thursday Night Dinner: $75 [Keynote: Dale Kooyenga, MMAC: The Arsenal of DemocracyDale Kooyenga is the President of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and is a Lt Colonel in the US Army Reserves. Prior to his position with the MMAC Dale served as a Wisconsin State Representative and State Senator. Dale will share his story of Army service which includes being awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq, and his perspective on the importance of manufacturing as it relates to our national defense and what the future of warfare may mean for American manufacturing.

Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Thursday lunch tickets. Booths are 8′ deep x 10′ wide, with 8′ pipe and drape in the back and 3′ pipe and drape on the sides. There will be a 6′ skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths have free wi-fi access.
*Returning exhibitors were required to register by end of day, October 31, 2023, to guarantee the same booth location as last year’s 2023 Regional.
Exhibitor Registration Cost
- AFS Corporate and Personal Members Early Bird: $900. After Friday, November 17, 2023, $1,050
- AFS Non-Member Early Bird: $1,200. After Friday, November 17: $1,425
- Additional exhibitor badges: $85 each includes a Thursday lunch ticket OR $50 without lunch.
*Two-booth discount – $50 off per booth. Contact headquarters for assistance.
Thursday dinner tickets are sold separately: $75 ea.

- Exhibitors may invite up to 6 FREE VIP GUESTS to attend Wednesday’s Expo, which includes a networking reception with complimentary beer & appetizers and a cash bar. Register your VIP guests here.

- Expo Hours: Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Set up Wednesday morning, beginning at 10:30 AM. (No Expo on Friday.)
